Four Indian fishermen were arrested by the Sri Lankan Navy in the northern waters of Sri Lanka. The Navy reported that the fishermen had unlawfully entered Sri Lankan waters. Along with the arrests, the Navy confiscated the fishing vessel used by the Indian fishermen. The four individuals were subsequently transported to Kankesanthurai Harbour for further investigation.
